What is your return policy for full-priced items?
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and the security ribbon intact.
How do I determine the best size for me?
Each product page features a specific size guide and fit notes. As ACLER garments often feature intricate draping and tailoring, we recommend following our measurement guide to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. Therefore, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
